So, "Píšerka", you should pronounce like "Peesherka". I don ´t like so much this name "Peesherka" because, I think, it doesn´t look nice. So I decided to write just Piserka (but the pronunciation will be same -  /peesherka/!).

In most of english articles you can find some more names: e.g. "Piserinek", "Pisisinka".... Here are the meanings and pronunciations:
